By accessing or using the Clinidence app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Clinidence is for educational purposes only. The Service provides summaries of medical research for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before applying it in clinical practice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.
3. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro"). You will be billed is advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding underlying medical research papers), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clinidence and its licensors.
